I have loved to travel since my early years riding across the country in the back of our family's big green Buick.  I still enjoy a long road trip but our family has really expanded our vacations to include cruising and land based trips both domestically and internationally.  I love planning a vacations almost as much as taking one.  For years friends and family have called me for advice and even help planning a vacation and many people have told me "you really should be a travel agent".  I guess you could say I was the "go to" person for all things travel.  I decided to take a leap of faith and jump in with both feet by purchasing a Dream Vacations franchise.  What a GREAT decision!!!

But as I reflected on what I really wanted from a new career at my age, I knew that this had to be something that was not just an exciting change, but something that was meaningful and really fed my soul.  This led to Giving Back Getaways.  With this business model I can plan Dream Vacations for individuals and families but I can also help charities and non-profit organizations by planning group cruises and vacations which allow me to donate a portion of my commission and MORE to a well deserving organizations. For group cruises I also work with the cruise line to increase donations in a creative way to maximize the funds raised.  Let me help the group of your choice by giving back in a fun and potentially BIG way.  Take a vacation...Make a difference. Together we can make that happen!
